Tracy Mignone is one of the founders and directors of
Kindred Spirits.
Kindred Spirits was established in June of 2007. It is
our intention and the intention of our Practitioners to
provide a unique and special place to find inner peace, joy
and truth.
 Tracy
is a Reiki Master Teacher and has trained with Robin
Tomlinson founder of Endless Journey for Reiki I and II. Her
Reiki Mastership-Teacher Training was by world renowned
Roland M Comtois.
Reiki is a spiritual healing art form that originated in
Japan close to 3000 years ago. Reiki is the life energy that
flows through all living things. Ideally, one’s "Ki" or
energy should be strong and free flowing, nourishing and
revitalizing the body and mind. By easing tension and stress
that often block the natural flow of energy, Reiki assists
the body in creating an environment that facilitates healing
on all levels -- physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
 Tracy
is a Rising Star Practitioner.
The Rising Star Healing System is probably the most
complementary healing system on the planet at this time. It
raises the vibration of the aura (human energy field) and
the field around every living thing.
The Rising Star encompasses all other healing systems on the
planet, plus adds more healing as well. The Rising Star is a
living energy - as new healing systems come onto the planet,
the Rising Star will incorporate them into itself.
The Rising Star helps promote unity consciousness as it is a
Source to Source healing. The healing comes from God above
and goes to the God within the client. The Higher Beings who
assist during the session know exactly what the client needs
on all levels, even more than the client might know of
themselves. Every session is completely unique, because with
each session the client is brought all they need at that
time.
